Shenzhen Hengchang Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Limited (thereafter stated as DPL) started its business in 1997 at Shenzhen. DPL′s expertise is in plastic mould and hardware mould production with expertise in plastic and hardware products processing.
Following the philosophy of "people and customers oriented", DPL strives in improving quality and costs from the beginning so as to benefit both our customers and DPL.
Since 2003, DPL has successfully passed the assessment of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management Systems and has been granted for registration. That is the result of every effort made by DPL. It also makes DPL escalated to a higher level in terms of production and quality management.
DPL′s expert fields are in mould development such as mould design and production on one hand, plastic injection, die-casting processing and product assembly on the other. DPL is full of experience in producing metal and plastic precision parts such as gear, cellar/computers accessories and die-casting parts. On the strength of it, DPL has been providing one-stop services to renowned enterprises such as Epson, SINYON, LOYAL WIDE etc on long-term basis.
DPL begins the business of Die-casting in 2005 and becomes one of suppliers of Truth Hardware in USA supplying metal handle and switches for them.
For enhancement of post-processing, mold production and plastic injection, DPL has purchased up-to-date die-casting machine and expanded its plant size. DPL is ready for new challenge and will provide the best to customers.
